Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro has two new advanced marketing features that will help you to track your prospect’s activities and monitor your marketing efforts.

Keep track of your prospects’ activities on your website with Footprints!

Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro’s Footprint Analytics feature will show you what your prospects are viewing on your website and how long they viewed each page. It will even show you what they viewed on your website before they became a lead in your members area. As your prospect continues to view features, videos and pages on your team website, their footprint information will be automatically updated. This will allow you to see if your prospects are following through with your invitation to view special prospecting areas of the website, such as a promotional video or guest area.

Create multiple marketing campaigns and track each campaign’s success!

With the Ad Tracker, you can create multiple marketing links for your website to use in your various marketing campaigns. You can even point your marketing links to different pages of your website, such as a Welcome Page, About Me page or Contact Me page if they are part of your replicating website system. This will allow you to see which of your pages are the most effective at grabbing a prospect’s attention and driving them to fill out your capture form!

The Ad Tracker also allows you to do Split Testing campaigns!

Split Testing will point one promo-code marketing link at multiple pages on your website. Each time a prospect hits the link, they will be shown one of the Split Test pages you have selected. Once you find the most effective page for your marketing campaign, you can remove the split tests and focus your marketing efforts.

You can immediately see the results with the built in hit tracker!

For each marketing link, it will let you know how many hits you received and how many of those hits filled out your capture form to become leads in your back office. For each Split Testing campaign, you can view a total number of hits and leads, and you can also break down the statistics per page that you split tested. This will show you which of your pages is the most effective.

New Built In Email Spam Score Rating System!

Incomes Unlimited's Response Magic auto-responder now has a built in Spam-Score tool that will rate your email before you send it. When creating an email in Response Magic, click the Preview button to see how your email will look when it is sent. The Preview panel now also gives your email a Spam-Score Rating number based on the words, content and length of your email. This rating is based on a researched algorithm that Internet Service Providers (such as AOL and ComCast) and Email Service Providers (such as Gmail and Yahoo) use to direct emails to either the Inbox or the Junk Mail folders.

Your email will now receive a rating from 0.1 to 10.5+ when you Preview it in Response Magic.

A rating of 0.1 to 2.9 is recommended, as it has the highest probability of going into the recipient’s Inbox. A rating of 3.0 to 5.9 is considered poor as it has a good chance of ending up in the Junk Mail folder. A rating over 6.0 is very poor and has a very high chance of being placed in the junk mail folder or being blocked completely. If you receive a score of over 3.0, it is recommended that you edit your email’s content and subject line.

Australian Time Zone Calendar Corrections

A great big Thank You goes out to our Australian subscribers who have worked with us to correct a time-zone issue in the Personal Calendar and Team Calendar in the Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro system. The time zones for Queensland, South Australia and other provinces are now displaying correctly in accordance with GMT specifications.

Incomes Unlimited announces New HTML Editor for Response Magic!

Creating great looking emails for your auto-responder campaigns and broadcasts in Response Magic just got even easier! We have installed a new HTML Editor that is faster, easier to use and comes with many great tools and features. Many of the buttons on the new editor will look familiar, but there is no longer a program to download and install into your browser. The new editor is cross browser compatible, working in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and others. There is even a new Templates button that will help you to format your email!

November 21, 2008 , Incomes Unlimited will turn on the new starter wizard. The starter wizard is designed so that each
portion of the initial set-up is completed & that Associates know where to go for the various capabilities of the Incomes
Unlimited system. The wizard will prompt Associates to complete a section of start-up kit, prior to gaining access to the site.

The new starter wizard will guide your brand new associates step-by-step through the initial set-up of Incomes Unlimited.
When we "flip the switch" & turn the wizard on, you will notice that you will be prompted to complete the wizard in order
to get to your home page. We have done this so each of you know exactly what your new Associates will have to complete. This
will also ensure that everyone has their account setup correctly.

The Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro Getting Started Checklist feature helps teams to welcome, introduce and train their
new members. The new Getting Started Wizard will empower your new team members by walking them step by step through
your getting started training.

The Wizard will welcome them the first time they log into their members area and introduce them to your team, your policies,
and your training. Each point in the Wizard is customizable and matches your Getting Started Checklist. It guides them
through each step and automatically tracks their progress. If they leave the members area and come back, the Wizard will pick
up where the member left off. Just like the Getting Started Checklist, they will be able to return to it at anytime for reference.

The Getting Started Wizard is the perfect way to introduce new members to you team and guide them. It makes sure they

This morning we completed two phases of hardware upgrades to our new U.S. based expanded server cluster. The hardware upgrade went smoothly and without effecting our websites, members areas and other services. The new hardware installed is in addition to existing hardware and will quicken the rate at which you can connect, refresh and retrieve information in your members area.

During the past few weeks, we have been making it our priority to address any issues experienced in the members area. One of our key goals was to provide a seamless and smooth environment from which you can do your business and manage your contacts. With the additional hardware in place you should notice a marked improvement in the time it takes to search for contacts, take action with those contacts and move on to the next contact. The average increase in performance is from a 2.3 second wait to a 0.4 second wait. We will continue to strive for improvements to meet and exceed your expectations of the Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro system.

We're growing again

Incomes Unlimited & Platinum Synergy Group are growing again! As IU & Home Office Pro gains more users and we add new and exciting features, our top priority remains to provide the best reliability, fast connection speeds and top of the line security to our customers. In order to keep our goal of providing the best quality service as we expand, we will be adding a new United States based server cluster to our system.

This will open a larger fiber connection pipe to our United States and Global customers, adding faster connection speeds, limited maintenance interruptions, and monitored server security.

As we move toward this goal, we will need to perform scheduled maintenance periods on our existing server cluster. These maintenance periods will be announced 24 hours prior via email to our team founders and corporate clients. The majority of these periods will last 15 to 30 minutes, be carried out in the early morning and will result in only delayed connection or slower browsing speed in your back office.

We will be giving more updates as we get closer to our expansion.

Now You Can Change History! Previous Contact Notes are Now Editable!

Hello!

As you work with contacts in Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro, you have the ability to take notes on the contact which is then stored as a History on the Contact Details Sheet. Before, those notes were permanent and could not be edited. Now you can back track and edit any notes you have made on the contact. This will help to minimize the number of notes you have to keep as you can now edit an existing note to make a correction.
