This morning we completed two phases of hardware upgrades to our new U.S. based expanded server cluster. The hardware upgrade went smoothly and without effecting our websites, members areas and other services. The new hardware installed is in addition to existing hardware and will quicken the rate at which you can connect, refresh and retrieve information in your members area.
During the past few weeks, we have been making it our priority to address any issues experienced in the members area. One of our key goals was to provide a seamless and smooth environment from which you can do your business and manage your contacts. With the additional hardware in place you should notice a marked improvement in the time it takes to search for contacts, take action with those contacts and move on to the next contact. The average increase in performance is from a 2.3 second wait to a 0.4 second wait. We will continue to strive for improvements to meet and exceed your expectations of the Incomes Unlimited Home Office Pro system.
